(EUROPA PRESS) - La Asociación Andaluza para la Defensa de los Animales (Asanda) hadenunciado ante la Consejería de Gobernación de la Junta de Andalucía lamuerte de una vaca en la vía pública por agotamiento durante la celebraciónde los festejos de El Viso (Córdoba). Según informó el colectivo a Europa Press, el pasado día 25, sobre las12,00 horas, se soltaron cinco vacas y, aunque a las 13,30 horas volvieroncuatro de ellas a los corrales, la otra murió "reventada por el evidentesobreesfuerzo en un día de extremo calor, lo que debe entenderse como unainfracción de maltrato prohibida en el artículo 5.2 del Decreto 62/2003". Los festejos taurinos de sueltas de reses se celebraron del 24 al 29 dejulio con motivo de las fiestas patronales de santa Ana, declaradas deInterés Turístico Andaluz. Según Asanda, a las 13,30 fueron soltadas otrascinco reses, que retornaron a los corrales a las 15,00 horas, "y todo elloconstituye nueve infracciones a lo dispuesto por el artículo 17.2 delDecreto citado, tipificadas como graves por el artículo 15.p de la Ley10/1991". La asociación aseguró que una de las reses sufrió, como consecuencia delas continuos golpes contra los burladeros, la rotura total de un cuerno y apesar de ello continuó siendo utilizada en el festejo, lo cual constituyeuna infracción por maltrato. Argumenta además que "el recorrido no espracticable para las reses, lo que les provoca numerosas caídas y susconsiguientes lesiones".
